Jeff Blank is a trial attorney and litigation strategist with more than 25 years of experience representing companies and individuals in complex, high-stakes disputes. As Managing Partner of Garcia Rainey Blank & Bowerbank LLP, he focuses on commercial litigation, intellectual property, false advertising, ADA, and real estate-related matters.

Mr. Blank is regularly entrusted with cases involving significant financial exposure and reputational risk. His practice spans all phases of litigation, including trial, arbitration, and appellate proceedings, and he is known for developing practical, business-oriented strategies tailored to each client’s objectives. Clients value his ability to quickly assess risk, manage complex factual and legal issues, and deliver clear, decisive guidance in time-sensitive situations.

In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Blank has substantial experience advising clients in regulated and consumer-facing industries, including sports supplement, apparel, and real estate sectors. His background as a licensed real estate broker informs his approach to real estate disputes, allowing him to provide both legal and commercial perspective.

Mr. Blank maintains an active trial practice while also leveraging his background in negotiation and dispute resolution to achieve efficient outcomes where appropriate. He has completed advanced mediation training through Loyola Law School’s Center for Conflict Resolution and Pepperdine’s Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution.

Beyond his practice, Mr. Blank is actively involved in legal education and professional development. He has taught Intellectual Property and Technology courses in Northeastern University School of Law’s LLM and MLS programs since 2017, and in 2025 taught Sports Law at the University of California, Irvine School of Law. He also serves as Board Secretary of the Constitutional Rights Foundation of Orange County (CRF-OC).

Mr. Blank began his legal career at Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP, where he was a member of the Business Trial and Real Estate and Land Use Litigation groups. He earned his J.D. from UCLA School of Law.
