Ms. Pallaschke focuses solely on Family Law. Her experience encompasses all aspects of divorce and paternity matters, including: child custody and visitation; child support; spousal support; property division; and domestic violence restraining orders.

Whether it is a new matter, an existing matter, or a post-judgment modification, Ms. Pallaschke prepares her clients for the next chapter of their lives efficiently and effectively. She assists her clients by providing guidance throughout this difficult process and advocating for them either through settlement negotiations, litigation, or a combination of both.
