Sean is a burgeoning litigator with experience in complex and multistate business and commercial litigation. He represents clients in both state and federal courts, handling a broad array of legal matters, including class actions, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, construction defect claims, and choice of law issues. With a well-rounded background in trial practice, depositions, appellate work, and alternative dispute resolution, Sean brings a comprehensive approach to every case.
After earning his law degree from UCLA School of Law, Sean gained hands-on experience in land use law at Park & Velayos LLP, but left to pursue his true passion in the legal field—litigation. This deep knowledge of land use law further strengthens his ability to navigate intricate legal landscapes and deliver effective solutions to his clients.
Sean is known at GRBB for his strong legal research and writing skills, which he applies with precision in crafting compelling arguments and strategies. His oral advocacy is equally effective, whether in the courtroom or at the negotiation table. He also has significant experience representing clients at mediation, advocating for practical, efficient solutions in addition to his litigation expertise.
In addition to his professional practice, Sean is passionate about mentoring the next generation of legal professionals. He volunteers his time as a coach for Trabuco Hills High School Mock Trial, where he guides students in developing their trial advocacy skills.
Whether navigating complex legal issues, representing clients at trial, or finding creative resolutions through mediation, Sean combines his extensive legal knowledge with a commitment to achieving the best possible results for his clients.
