Ms. Noroski actively represents corporate clients in both litigation and transactional matters.  Ms. Noroski’s experience in both realms is an asset to her clients as they can benefit from her analyzing their legal issues from all angles.  Ms. Noroski counsels and drafts complex agreements for corporations, real estate developers, investors, startups and joint ventures pursuing corporate, real estate, and intellectual property matters. On the litigation side, she represents an array of businesses including financial institutions, technology solutions providers and manufacturers.

Medium to large companies seek advice, counseling, and drafting assistance from Ms. Noroski regarding a variety of agreements including the following areas: non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), intellectual property licensing, manufacturing, service, supply, sales, branding and employment.  

Ms. Noroski possesses in-depth experience representing municipalities and other public agencies in various litigation matters including general real estate disputes, zoning and land use issues. She has successfully argued several motions turning on the interplay between municipal law and specific factual circumstances, within the context of broader state and federal laws.

Ms. Noroski is also a licensed real estate broker and Realtor®, using her extensive real estate knowledge and experience to help her clients successfully and efficiently pursue and close real estate transactions. 

Prior to working with Garcia Rainey Blank & Bowerbank LLP, Ms. Noroski was an associate at select prominent law firms including Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP, Allen Matkins LLP and BestBest & Krieger LLP.

Ms. Noroski has been selected to the 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020 Southern California Super Lawyers list.

At USC Gould School of Law, Ms. Noroski has served as a Lecturer in Law for the course “Mergers and Acquisitions.”
