Mediation Fee Schedule

HALF-DAY

Flat Rate (includes preparation time and four hours of mediation): $1,750.

FULL-DAY

Flat Rate (includes preparation time and eight hours of mediation): $3,250.

ADDITIONAL TIME

If the parties request that we continue mediating beyond the four hours or eight hours, we charge $375 for each additional hour.

FEE POLICY

After the mediation has been booked, we must receive full payment of the mediation fee within three business days in order to hold the date and time. If the mediation is cancelled more than three business days before the mediation, 85% of the fee is refundable; if the parties reschedule the mediation for a date within three months of the original date, 10% of the original fee will be applied towards that mediation. If the mediation is cancelled less than three business days before the mediation, 70% of the fee is refundable; if the parties reschedule the mediation within three months of the original date, 15% of the original fee will be applied towards that mediation.
